There are no replacement parts, they are custom tek, build into the pcb as you can see.
Check the traces for breaks, and conductivity to the chip.
Check that the wipers short the tracks alternating.
Search the forum, there might have been post about this before.

The only place to get a replacement is from another similar scope. Ebay is probably your best bet.

Thank you for your answers 🙂

Issue is not that it doesn't work, but the rod (where you put the white caps) is broken.

No replacement part is not a good deal 😔

I'll will dismount old broken analogique scopes I have and see if I find the same button.

You might be able to 3D print something. I doubt any of their analog scopes will have the same part.

If you still have the broken shaft piece and the broken spot is not compromised (crumbled or broken up), drill a center hole from end to end for a long M-1 or M-2 bolt and nut.
This will require a good drill press but a watch makers lathe would be better.
Consult with your local antique clock repair person as required.

I have had good luck finding old obsolete Tektronix parts at Qservice in the past. https://www.qservice.tv/vpasp/shopdisplaycategories.asp?id=368

Same/similar Board but Bourns badged might be worth a look and see if they are dimensionally the same as yours if you can find a datasheet? eBay auction: #264452304742 I picked up a TDS520 a few weeks ago that has some issues and I haven't pulled the lid off yet but can and see what I have under the hood in the next few days. Edit checked and looks like mine will be older and a different board. What model is yours a 210?

This is a TDS1002.

I've check on broken scopes I have (Metrix, ITT, Tektronics...) but I didn't find any button like this one.

I'll try to do something like you suggest ;)
