Tektronix TDS2014B flash and usb eeprom firmware dump needed.\

Hi guys
I have Tektronix TDS2014B for some reason wont boot up but if I turn it off and on for few time randomly turns on but i get  USB controller failed message.  Ive already changed usb controller chip but didn't fix it. I guess that would be software problem. but because USB not working I need dumps to update them by programmer. I will be appreciated if someone can help me with this issue. Thanks
