Tektronix TSG 601 SRAM fault

Hi All,

I have a Tektronix TSG 601 Serial Digital Generator which does not function, I have managed to get it to power up but there is an error message "Faulty SRAM"
Has anyone repaired one of these devices and could they suggest a repair path?
