Hi, any idea where to get screws like that? They come from this terminal block https://www.phoenixcontact.com/en-pc/products/pcb-terminal-block-mkds-5-3-762-1704936 . I have tens of these blocks on PCBs with screws damaged or missing. Desoldering the block from PCB and replacing it completely is one way to go but much more easier would be if just the screws are replaced. Do you think they can be bought somewhere (other than buying the whole terminal blocks and harvesting screws from them)? The screw is M3, total length 9 mm, the other side of the head (where it meets with the terminal block) is conical. Thanks |

Similar to this? https://www.phoenixcontact.com/en-lt/products/screw-contact-screw-m3x7-h1l-1209788 |

Thanks. Maybe. It is not shown whether it has the conical part. The length of 7 mm should be OK if they measure it without the head. Unfortunately it seems the screw is hard to get. |

Replace terminals. Damaged screws mean abuse of the block. You cannot easily tell in what shape inside is. |

Yes, if the screw are impossible to buy, I will replace the whole terminals. But to be honest, the terminals are OK, only the screws are missing or damaged because someone can't use the right screwdriver.... |
