Tes 6220 60v/3A power supply

Hi, anyone got a circuit for this ps, it's failed and there's plenty of modern components that I feel don't belong in there, the 3 series elements are BU208A, the driver transistor, which is short a TIP41C, R23 is several power resistors in parallel, think that's all I've found.. It worked for a short time until I asked for a bit more power, that's when it decided to give me 70v++. Any help identifying these parts or better still a circuit... Oh. That would be great.

I have removed series transistor / heatsink assembly.. All I can find on this is from... http://www.twtes.com.cn/en/product/pro72.html
