Hello,
I have the option to purchase either a QDI P51430TX titanium IB+ or an ATC motherboard (Trend 7110) for my Agilent 54810A
I think they are the right width for a 54810A. The ATX 244mm format is too wide.
It’s not the same price (QDI more expensive) but I would like to have your opinion (and your choice ) on these cards (chips, speed ide, etc). It is not for the same processors. I have k6, but no Celeron
And especially know if it will work well with the infinium software.
That would be fine because the EDO ram is very expensive. (I have only 32m edo), i can put 256mo on these motherboards.
Thanks

Hello,
I think Murphy’s law follows me... LOL.
I had therefore disassembled the Atlas 757 board (From Agilent 54810A) and installed a trend 7110M which allowed me to have a maximum Ram at 256MO.
I drew from my stock rams and had put a 128Mo 133Mhz.
No boot problems, installation of a 16GB SSD, installation of XP from a DVDrom. Everything was functional.
NB: I’m using the VGA output of the motherboard.
The card that allows the connection to the power button (which is in theory coupled with the graphics card 65550) is mounted "Flying", only used for connections to start the power.
And there after some days, no more screen display, nothing. I put a PC Analyzer card. I have a code C1 00 C3. A problem of RAM.(?)
Message C1 00 if you do not put any RAM.
I tested with 3 other RAM128MO 133 and 100Mhz. same message.
Test with another processor, same.
Voltage and OK signals to the oscilloscope on the RAM connectors seem ok.
It seems impossible to have 4 rams broken down.
I don’t know anymore where to dig, and a lot of trouble to modernize this Agilent 54810A.
NB: Of course the mounting studs incompatible with this card are removed to avoid short circuits.
some ideas?

Hello,
I was busy with something else since the power outage. Now, I’m resuming my research.
So I’m at the same point, the only thing I find is that I do not have the same behavior of the analyzer PC test card, depending on the PCI slot used.
But the breakdown is always the same, black screen.
I tested with new RAM, other processor, it’s the same.
There is 3.3v power supply on the RAM.
There are 4 * L3103S mosfet and one L1084S regulator. I will test them.
If anyone has the electronic schematic of this card, I am the holder. Trend ATC 7110M.
