JBC AM station repair help - 2UA
« on: January 30, 2024, 09:55:38 am »
Dear friends and colleagues of the forum, I ask you for help in trying to repair this station, it presents the following error on the display
"attention sensor temperature error; and the desoldering iron turns on fire. The hot air works. I thank those who want to participate.
If anyone has the wiring diagram it would be appreciated, I'll add some photos

Ps. I apologize for the English but I use google translator

From the card you can see that several components are missing that concern the channel dedicated to the DR5650, I tested the four mosfets and they were good

and the desoldering iron turns on fire.
Do you have another handle like a T245? https://www.jbctools.com/t245-handles.html
Did you try it?
There are probably two channels on the JBC AM. Do both channels do the same error?

Hydrawerk thanks for the answer yes the station has two channels one for c245 and the other for the dr 5650 unfortunately the station is stuck on temp sensor error and doesn't even work with the c245 stylus.
Can you help me? I have disassembled many components to test them but I can't find the faulty ones

Yes, I have tested them, the fault is definitely on the main, you have the opportunity to give me further ideas.
I would like to read the microprocessor to see how it handles errors.
any form of help is certainly welcome
