Thrustmaster T150 steering wheel - device not recognized in the system

Hello. I have game steering wheels and I have a problem after connecting to the computer the inscription usb device not recognized in the device manager there is an inscription unknown usb device device descriptor request failed windows system stopped this device due to reported problems code 43. The steering wheel turns on for a moment the steering wheel motor starts for a moment and then the steering wheel turns off whose fault may be the microcontroller or the a4950T driver of the motor controller shown in the photo.   In my particular case despite the burnt out driver chip the wheel was able to get recognized and even firmware update go trough. That not necessarily means the driver cannot be the reason.
