THS720A inverter board component identification required

Hi,

Can somebody tell me what this component is? see attached file it has an effect on how the THS720 increases contrast.
It should have a value around 5 ohms D.C resistance using the Peak atlas ESR.  But this one reads 27 ohms and effects the contrast e.g 75% contrast setting and you can see whats on the screen.

I think it's a 0,10uf / 63V (Tantal?)Capacitor.

Yes its a capacitor I found the manufacture wima I just need to source the component.

Looks like a polyester film capacitor. If you cannot get a SMD version use a 100n 100V leaded part there as a test.
