Fluke was goo goned to death
« on: September 08, 2021, 06:44:55 pm »
i bought a secondhand t5-600 that has been over cleaned by someone.
now it feels a bit tacky and doesn't have a shine.
is there a product i can use that will give it that smooth plastic feel it should have?

thanks

Hopefully, the Goo Gone didn't attack the surface of the plastic. I use Goo Gone from time to time and immediately follow it up with a Varsol wash down and I follow that with Zep's purple degreaser to get rid of the oily residue left behind by the Varsol. Besides that, there is not much that I can suggest.
