TLA-704

hello I have a old tektronix TLA-704 logic analyzer. I dug it out of the closet and went to fire it up and of course the CMOS battery is dead and i fixed that and went into the BIOS to reset everything and went to recognize the hard drive and well its dead (clicking and chirping and all the stuff ) and I know it dead. the question is can I use a Tektronix 039-0048-01 Benchtop Controller to reinstall the OS when I get a new hardware. this time Im going with a IED to 'SD card controller. I found a controller on Ebay
