TMK C-15 Condenser Checker Schematic ?

Hi All

I have one of these capacitor/condenser checkers

which is similar to the Heathkit C-3 but also different (2 transformers to start with). Google does not return a great deal of information so I thought I would see if anyone on the forum is familiar with these and if a schematic exists. Mine does not work and had a couple of suspicious loose wires dangling about.
