Toaster oven LEDs

The blue backlight on my Breville's display has died, making the display quite difficult to read.
Before I take this thing apart, are there special appliance LEDs that are for high temperature? Operating temperature doesn't seem to be a factor when searching suppliers.

The display and electronics is separated (and insulated) from the heated part, so most likely the cheapest part will be fine. (Heat would certainly kill the LCD way faster than anything else...).
