My screen has a small area that looks almost scorched, or just dirty. I tried scrubbing the surface, but it seems to be on the inside of the plastic outer screen. It isn't a problem if someone's dark hair is in that area, but when there are lighter colors, it becomes annoying. I think I need to remove the outer screen and try to clean it, but I have no experience in this area. Does anyone have any suggestions, or seen this problem before?
