Toshiba T4700 series and T4800 bios update

Here is the files for upgrading or recovering the bios for these models T4700CT, T4700CS, T4800CT.  The file is actually a rar extension so you will have to delete the zip and change it to rar.  The readme file provides instructions on how to use the files.  I have included the original exe file in the rar file as well as the extracted content of the exe file.
