Transistor 4F3 Marking
« on: June 01, 2022, 09:32:07 pm »
Hello,
I have a PCB for an Air Condition unit where two transistors blow. As I saw from a picture that a friend send me the one it has a marking 4F3 and the other CQ43... does anyone knows what transistors are.. I can't find any datasheet and I can't understand what type the transistors were and which pin is B-C-E. The Q14 transistor connected at the anode of the D22. Also, I don't find the role of the D16 and D22 diodes in the circuit.
The Air Condition brand is Hitachi and the model of the PCB is PI023-2 (I couldn't find any schenatic - If anyone knows where can I find the schematic please inform me).
