Trying to identify a few components AudioTechnica ANC9

Trying to repair a pair of noise cancelling headphones. Can anyone identify the two ICs in this picture:

They seemed to be made by National Semiconductor (or at least the logo looks that way), but I am not able to find any datasheets for these parts.
