Looks like an op-amp from Teledyne Semiconductor for military application.

Couldn't find a datasheet, just this table, but check TSC913 (Page 70):

Might it be TC915 instead TSC915?

Hello; it is indeed the TSC915 and not the TC915, but I found; in reality, its equivalent is an LTC1150 .....
  On the other hand; can you help me to identify the mysterious component welded in series with its brother next to the LTC1150?? (the box is a TO92; is it a diode??). Thank you for your research
