TYCO ES760A help

Hi, ALL; I got my hands on a power supply. It’s a TYCO Electronics Model ES760A.
I applied AC but couldn’t measure any DC; of course the DC LED is OFF:
I understand this could be connected to some other hardware but I don’t Know exactly what?
Can this work as a standalone unit?  Pinout for the back connectors?
