anyone have a service manual for the Tyco QS862A rectifier made for the telcom industries or familiar with trouble shooting it? It's suppose to be a 48V 30A DC rectifier. I got it cheap off ebay trying to convert it to be a power supply, when I plug it in the alarm light continuously flashes. ...... The AC to DC supply part produces 6 leads of 160V each, the two 12V cooling fan runs when unit is plug in, the big capacitors at the PFC and converter units have 400V DC?? But stops at a transformer.
