Unable to find SOT-23 Code anywhere, please help

Hello all,

I am having difficulty identifying an SOT-23 device with the code 1412 (the 12 is on 90° angle to right of the 14).  I have scoured the smd codebook, http://www.s-manuals.com/smd, and more but alas have ended up empty handed.  Was hoping someone on this forum may be able to shed some light for me.  (Btw, this is out of a Toshiba PA2417U 18V 1.1A power adaptor for and old Toshiba Satellite T1910 I'm refurbishing.)  I have posted a pic for your consideration.
