Under counter chiller compressor doesn't turn on.

Hi,
Bit of a odd question here. I recently got a call to have a look at under counter chiller/ refrigerator which was not cooling. Someone else whose got a refrigeration background had a look and said that the compressor was not turning on - but it turns on only for once when ever the reset button of the controller is pressed. So he suspects that there is faults with the electronics.
I haven't seen the unit myself the only information I have got its that the brand is Flomatic 2 door under counter chiller. I looked online and there wasn't much luck getting a service manual or schematic. (already requested the manufacture to get a copy)
I was hoping that you could give some tips/advice on what look for.  I would like to do my home-work before I go
