Uni-t UPO2104CS Oscilloscope Flash dump required

Hi
My Uni-t UPO2104CS failed after firmware update, it hangs on Uni-t red logo, when I try to reflash it detects the USB but still fails to reflash.
I need full NAND flash dump urgently as it is my only scope, can anyone help?

Have you asked Uni-T ??  if there is other ways to recover your unit ?
