UNI - T UTD2102CEX firmware upgrade problem

I try to connect my oscilloscope to a computer but it doesn't properly connect with UNI-T software even after installing the drivers and etc.
Does anyone have newest firmware as a file so I could try to update from memorystick?
I've contacted UNI - T support orcourse they don't answer.

Do you run Linux? Then try this:

This program is useful with UNI-T digital storage oscilloscopes UT2XXX or UT3XXX. It's intended to be a replace for original software, which doesn't work under Linux.

Hello, thanks for reply!
I've seen this page. I was thinking about sending email to this person maybe he has firmware extracted. But couldn't find any info.
It's a shame UNI - T has next to 0 support.
