I am repairing an old switching PSU and I found an unknown component, can you help me identifing it?
Any help will be appreciated.

Well, likely it can be taken apart and repaired but it will be very troublesome as it's most likely potted.

Looks like a hybrid IC, how old is the device?
The good news is that it looks like a casual switching power supply, judging by all the surrounding transformers and the optocouplers. Maybe the whole thing can be replaced with a generic SMPS with the same output voltage. Try to look at the silkscreen, or try to get a service manual in order to find the outputted voltages and their max currents.

Well, I looked again and I noticed that the OP said it's a SMPS, but couldn't find any IC on the board, not even a BJT or MOSFET, so it's most likely a thick film IC module.

IMHO it's just a potted circuit on regular FR-4. Maybe a hybrid on ceramic substrate, but I don't think so. Those usually have a hard coating and no enclosure.
