Unknown IC

While repairing an electronic board I found this circuit without reference or hidden on the other side, I cannot identify it, does anyone know what it is and its reference?

That looks like some kind of high-ish device (power audio amplifier maybe?) that has a "flipped" package that exposes a thermal pad for heat dissipation.
The markings are on the bottom, but you need to desolder the chip to read them.

Thank you for the response but it's an industrial ic, i think it drives a 3 phase motor!!?

could be anything powerful  like igbt,  scr triacs   etc ... even a mix of many since there is a lot of pins

+1    3 phase power module  which has 3 phase  H bridge  6 IGBTs in one package and integrage drivers etc.

Did you desolder it and looked under? There wasn't any marking?




Seems the usual 3-phase driver seen in many appliances, specially washing machines.

There're lots of drivers using that package (27-PowerDIP).

yes on some very good sites, lead time seems enormous in some, 37 to 44 weeks,  some will have them in 2025 1st quarter  ...

it is not EOL   around 25 to 35$ usd ??

What about the FNB35060T6S?
Onsemi site says it's "Double stopper", no idea what it is, otherwise seems identical and readily available.
