Compaq Presario 425 CRT screen not working.

Hi.

I have a 2 videos about this but I will provide a short explanation.

This is a pc and a monitor in one machine that broke during shipping.
vga signal from the pc is ok. I tested the continuity on the cable from the pc output, to back of the crt, and it's fine.
The screen gets voltage, I can hear the static.
When I turn of the monitor I get a flash on the screen.
There is a faint glow on the back of the tube.
