recognizing a SOT-23 transistor from the top mark is not easy.
If you have another one on the board and you're sure it's working you can desolder and measure it, then you can find a similar one. At the end, what you need to match it's just the Vce, the Hfe and the channel type.
Do you know what is doing ? If it's used as a switch it's even easier...
