varitronix vi-514-dp display-Any alternatives available?

Hi,
I may have to replace the LCD display on an FM tuner. It's a Varitronix vi-514-dp 7 segment LCD 4.5 digit (how is this number of digits determined?). The part number in the service manual is VI515-DP14.5-TC-S-N-12.

I'm wondering if there is LCD display currently in production that can be used as a replacement. Any help appreciated.Thanks.
