Title: Verifying an old Philips PM2451 AC voltmeter ?
Post by: alayn91 on January 14, 2017, 03:23:43 pm
Hello,
I bought this voltmeter and I'd like to repair it, if necessary, and make some kind of calibration.
To do that, I'd like to find the service manual with the schematics and the calibration procedure.
I can only find the schematics on internet.
Thank's in advance for your help.
Alain.

Hello,
Thank you, I already found it.
Now, I'd like to find the full service manual with calibration procedure.
I'm ready to pay for it the right price, of course.

You could start by giving more details of what the fault symptoms are here if you can't diagnose it from the schematic yourself. It's most likely a component failure (possibly PSU?). Don't start tweaking calibration pots yet, it's quite possible that it will already work to reasonable accuracy after repair.
