Visio D48-Do LED TV no Power

I have a Visio D48-D0 LED TV, TV was strobing so replaced both boards now it brings up Visio logo for 5 seconds then powers off, replaced boards again same outcome, put in old board it started strobing. What could problem be?

Does it still power off if you disconnect the LEDs?
