VOLTCRAFT DSO-1204F Oscilloscope

Hi all! I was lucky to become the owner of a non-working VOLTCRAFT DSO-1204F oscilloscope
the problem is that it is not loaded into the system, but what is interesting is that once it is loaded
to the VOLTCRAFT logo, then the recovery menu when you press F2, it goes to be restored, but
in process error Operation Failed! and if you turn it off and on, then it loads up to
the Hantek logo with the kuar code and hangs tightly, it seems that they tried to update it
file from Hantek
Logi counted in all three variants:
1 before loading with Hantek logo
2 before loading with VOLTCRAFT logo
3 after F2
I'm asking for your help, as this is the first time I've come across this kind of technology.
