Voltcraft LSP 1363 Power Supply - no Output

Hi there,
I have a broken Power Supply named
Voltcraft LSP 1363
it seems to be a clone of the
Manson NSP 3630

It powers up, I can set a Voltage and Current, but the output stays 0V and it displays 0V

- No Visual damages
- checked Transforators

Does anyone has a Service Manual or any Hint, where to start?

D10A or D10B bad? Also check the mosfets.

check the following are working U1, q2, q3, q7, q8, q10 & q11

I would check all the supply voltages first to ensure no voltages are missing. I would then start with q10 & q11 and go back

Does anyone have the PIC18F87K90 MCU firmware for the VOLTCRAFT LSP-1363 power supply.
MCU is unlocked so you can read.

@ ULY    do you enable the output with the button on the front panel ?? you have the output  on/off button
