Advice needed - DSLogic Core non responsive

My DSLogic Core logic analyzer seems to have blown a gasket; it enumerates with VID, PID and serial number identifiers set to zero. I've already dessoldered the USB ESD protection diodes (seems to be a PRTR5V0U4D-Q part) but the device still enumerates as zeros.
The USB interface is handled by a Cypress CY7C68013A-56PVXC, which may have been blown.
Has anyone ever had one of these Cypress parts fail and enumerate as zeros ?
