Wanted for repair: PIC17C42A-33I/L

I need one (right now) of these for a repair (assuming I can pry the binary image out of the product vendor).

Translated that's a PIC17C42A 33MHz variant, Industrial temperature range, PLCC package.

There seem to be none in the channel and Microchip don't appear to have any either.

Does anyone have a few of these stashed away somewhere?  Happy to buy a few if I can get the image!

I've found them at arrow/digikey and such, but minimum order of 108, (800€ / $930) 
I have a fossils from that era in my junk drawer...

Discovered that the PIC17C44 can be subbed for the PIC17C42A w/o problem so used that.
