Weird DC Plug Footprint

I have to replace a faulty DC phi 2.1mm.
But instead of having the classic footprint like this
https://www.circuitsathome.com/products-page/components/dc-barrel-jack-2-1mm-center-pole-diameter,
it has the footprint shown in the picture.
Has anyone seen something like this?
Do you know where I could buy one?
