Weller PU81 PIC16F1503 firmware dump needed.

Hello. I have weller PU81 station with burned microcontroller. There is PIC16F1503. Maybe someone can read firmware from it. Also need value or marking of ic and diode marked in attachment. I desolder it some time ago and it's gone now  .

The chip's firmware is most likely protected, meaning you can't read it.
If you're really lucky, maybe you can contact Weller and ask them to send you one pre-programmed chip, or a whole replacement board (that may cost you some money)

Probably weller do not protect their chips. Schematic from link is a old hardware version. Newer its on uC. I tried to contact weller but they don't want to help.

I attach a photo with pinout for programming.

Maybe someone have this version of station and can read firmware and fusebits.

I drew a schematic of this scrap. I'm not sure about U2. It have marking SAGK and SOT-23-5 package.

Searched a lot of datasheets and probably it is a MCP601 in SOT-23-5 package:

In attachment firmware readed from another station. After replace 100% working. Program with MPLAB. Op amp is MCP601 and zener diode 8,2V.

This board have LED display. In these case I must change front panel. So this post is useless.
