What are the brightness levels of a series light bulb with a CRT television?

Dear all,

I am new to repair CRT TVs. Can I know about the brightness levels of a series light bulb with CRT TVs. What is says at following states? I hope to use 75W light bulb.

1. At startup the CRT TV
2. Running normally
3. Shorted component
