Hi,

My washing machine is Samsung diamond drum budget(without seven segment display) one. Due to particular reason, the non isolate power supply module(BP5055-12) on the control board was burned. That was generated -12 V. So, I have replace that with +12 V/1 A SMPS as fulling the -12 V reversing the polarity of SMPS. Then, it worked few weeks well. But now the board power on but stuck. I mean the buttons are not working after pressing power button. When I disconnects the connections of the motor wires from the triacs, buttons are working well. Then I select the wash mode and press the start button. Machine was filling the water. While filling, I reconnected the motor wires, all the functions of the machine was completed as before. No issues was found. Motor was spinning as well.

The only way to start the machine is like this. Please someone know a solution for this please let me know.

Thanks

Does the machine have touch-sensitive buttons by any chance (as opposed to traditional clicky mechanical buttons)?
