I plan to replace all of the electrolytic capacitors in an Onkyo T-4055 AM/FM stereo tuner, and I've written down all the capacitors I need, except there are three that look like capacitors, but they don't have voltage rating and capacitance values printed on them. Two of them say "NMC 4-11" and the third one says "NMC 6-6", which corresponds to what's printed on the PCB at the locations where they are mounted. Here's a picture of them:

Here's the schematics:

They are on the "NAMX-189" PCB, which I've highlighted. I've also highlighted where it says "NMC 4-11" and "NMC 6-6."

According to the schematic they are inductors. No need to replace them, they don't age.

Yeah, I noticed the coil symbols next to them, but I've never seen coils that look like aluminum electrolytic capacitors, have you? And if they're coils, what do the "4-11" and "6-6" designations stand for?

They look like just part numbers. There are other transformers marked NMC on the schematic. I would assume they come from the same source.

Having inductors in metal cans is not uncommon, although I have never seen this specific design.
