http://imgur.com/a/t5wwRI've done a few days of research and cannot figure out what this connector is. Came out of a LeCroy 9324. Writing on the connector says "400 V" and "AL 6 2.5" followed by a square.
It's about 20% longer inter-pin spacing than Molex. The male pins are on the board, and the female pins are in this connector. They appear to be just slightly smaller than Molex, as a male Molex pin will start to make contact, but quickly stop.
Other suggestions to connect are welcome. I would also be fine using alligator clips, but I can't get alligator clips to make good contact on either end, and this is a power connector.

I should clarify, what I mean by "is not a molex" is that the pin size is not .093".
