The real object is the same as the picture,The working wavelength is 660nm/890-950nm
If you know the exact model, please let me know. Thank you for your help

Photo is not great, but for me it looks more like photovoltaic cell, single one. Calculators have often 4 in series and you can see sections. Technically this is photodiode too - super large and slow. Filter on top may shift peak response wavelength. I am guessing only.

Any device info ?

Can you post a picture of the thing this is supposed to be sensing?
Is it some sort of slotted wheel, and where exactly it is positioned relative to the sensors on the PCB?
-
It is a sensor inside the SPO2 analyzer

This is its user manual

It looks like a bare die, a silicon solar cell and a photodiode are pretty much the same thing. It's very possible that it's a custom part, is yours defective?
-
I would like to know the exact model, but the appearance is not marked
-
Well if it is a custom part then the exact model will be relevant only to the OEM. If it's not marked it will be extremely difficult to determine that for sure.

I checked my back just now, but unfortunately there was no sign,There is no model mark
