Hey there, I have a broken scope that I would like to fix.
I am getting an error message: "The probe power supply has been shut down because an overload was detected. Remove at least one probe and press OK."
I have no probes installed. I took the entire scope apart and checked the PCBA for damage but I didn't see anything obvious, bit of dust that I cleaned off but this did not resolve the problem.
I'm not sure how it happened, but any advice would be great. I can press OK, but the message immediately pops up again preventing me from doing anything.
Tried reaching out to Keysight and they quoted me $4,000... I am willing to pay money to repair but not that much! I don't even think the scope is worth that much money.
