Title: where can download E5500 Phase Noise Measurement System Software earlier version

INTELLIGENT INSTRUMENTATION PCI-20428W-1A used in Agilent E5500 phase noise measurement system, but seems the company already disappeared many years, so can not find the software, it's original software may released by 4 floopy disks, I can found it within the ebay, not sure the disk is OK or not.

where can download E5500 Phase Noise Measurement System Software earlier version, A.02.0x or A.03.0x

I just want to use the card to build the Agilent E5500 (N5500) phase noise system, but seems Agilent's software can not support it (within XP system), can be download is ealist is A.04.03:

yes, actually it had just like A.03.0x (for WinXP), A.02.0x (for win2000), A.01.0x (for NT 4.0), can support the II 20428 PC-Digitizer. for the A.04.0x, it can not support the ISA card. if someone need the card adapter schematic, just tell me, I test it and draw it.

and the software can download just support one PCI FFT card, NI PCI-6111 card, but I have no such adapter "E5505-60001", if someone had it, I can buy.

yes, but it's name is PCI-20428W, funny. it is an ISA card. the Agilent E5000 phase noise test software version as list:
A.01.0x, the earliest version, WIN NT 4.0, FFT card inside the PC is an ISA PCI-20428W-1A;
A.02.0x, WIN2000, FFT card inside the PC is an ISA PCI-20428W-1A or NI PCI-6111;
A.03.0x, WINXP, FFT card inside the PC is an ISA PCI-20428W-1A or NI PCI-6111;
A.04.0x, WinXP, Win7 32bit; FFT card inside the PC is a NI PCI-6111;
keysight 1.0.4.4, Win10 64 bit, this is the latest version, FFT card inside the PC is a NI PCI-6111;

for the Intelligent Instrumentation (II) PCI-20428W-1A card and NI PCI-6111, you need an adapter convert the signal to SMB port, there is a LPF and termination, Voltage Divider Resistors inside for the adapter.
