Where can I find a 1QF7-0067 Hybrid Input Board for my HP3478A.

Hi everyone.
I have been lurking in the forums for some time, and now I need your help.
I have a faulty HP3478A  and I belive I have pinpointed the problem to the input hybrid board. Does anyone know where I can fine a spare ?
P/N is1QF7-0067 Hybrid Input Board.

Either NOS from eBay or from a working unit.

Recalibration is necessary after replacing the input hybrid.

Thanks, I finally found one on Ebay, not cheap but what do you do.
Yes I am aware that the "bangoniness" (Dave quote ;-)  ) will be gone with the replacement of this.
