Title: Where is a good place to buy IGBT Transistors IRG4PF50W

Wondering where you shop for good quality transistors? And other discrete parts.
Still repairing the Phase Three Battery Charger and I found this is an extremely good quality PCB and components.
Want the repair to use good quality parts as well.

My local surplus electronics store closed where I could always find quality components for low dollars.
Bought a lot of marginal short lived parts from China through eBay and Amazon but I have decided to give up those suppliers.
