So recently I disassemble it to repair broken plug, and when it's done, it look like in the picture, I think I broke something else, anyone seem know the problem? no text at all just blank square

I haven't worked on this instrument, but this looks like an LCD screen that's not initialized. So I would expect either a problem between front panel controller or LCD, or a problem preventing the front panel controller to start up.
What did you repair and what did you disassemble? Internal pictures clearly showing the relevant parts could be helpful. The first place I'd look is the connection between front panel and the rest of the unit. Particularly if you have unplugged it.
