G = Green Package (Lead-free, RoHS Compliant, Halogen-free (TBBA), Antimony-Oxide-free Sb2O3)
Q = Green Package with QE=1 in Status Register-2 & SFDP
F = Green Package with QE=0 in Status Register-2 & SFDP

I'm not sure how QE=0 or QE=1 would make a difference.

SFDP would be an optional feature that may or may not be required by your application.
