That's up to you.... and depends on how much money you are willing to loose.
My personal experience has been that modern cheap crap like this is generally not repairable or not worth repairing, unlike older gear that you can at least get a schematic for.
Also, I find that with the asking prices on used, often ancient and clapped out test gear, it may actually be cheaper and better to buy a NEW piece that has a warranty and is IN SPEC.
It's fun to repair old Hewlett Packard, Tektronix, etc. But Stuff Like already cheap Hantek, etc....
Really depends. For under $100 I MIGHT try it.... but only because I can afford to loose $100. Not really, but it won't kill me if it's junk.
