XBOX 360 won't boot due to a solder bridge mishap

hi guys , i have a question. Quite simply I soldered 2 points on one of my XBOX 360s. I check before moving on but this bridge escaped me.

Anyway it will boot 1-2 times out of 10 attempts. I was wondering if I could probe with my DMM to find a component that is damaged.

BTW........the Console works fine with its Retail NAND , but when I flash the Console to RGH 3.0 I have booting problems.
